The 15 Member National Transporters Alliance Group Council will comprise:
- 3 County Route Taxi Association Delegates
- Cornwall
- Middlesex
- Surrey
- 6 Industry/Sector National Representatives –
- Public Commercial Vehicles – Trucks –
- Motor Cycle Bearers –
- Traditional Hackney Taxi –
- App based Hackney Taxi –
- Buses –
- 3 Independent Members
- Legal and Governance
- Plus 2 others
- 1 Transport Authority Representative –
- 1 NTAG Chairman and President.
- 1 NTAG Executive Director/CEO.
This Council will meet once per month.

County Route Taxi Association Delegates
Parish Delegate
- There will be a Parish Delegate in each parish.
- Each of the 14 parishes will each year elect their fourteen Parish Delegates from among their members living and working in that parish.
- The Parish Delegate is the local/parish level at which all National Transporters Alliance Group transporters, operators and stakeholders have the opportunity to participate in policy formation and programmes of the association at the local/parish level.
This will feed into the National Transporters Alliance Group Council by way of 3 County representatives selected from the 14 parish delegates.
The Parish Delegate and County representatives will be responsible for convening a meeting each month before the holding of the National Transporters Alliance Group Council monthly meeting.
The National Transporters Alliance Group will be administered by a full time
Executive Director/CEO and professional support administration staff.
